The majority of our business mix is fee-based and discretionary. Our technology
and resources are superior. We work with all major fund families, separate
account managers, and annuity companies. In addition, throughout our planning

the use of proprietary products. We make our investment decisions with the aid
of multiple sources of independent research. We believe we should have true
independence and complete objectivity in our decision-making.
